How do you provide your services?
Sir/Madam, to initiate our service process, we first collect the biodata and photographs of the bride/groom. Then, according to your requirements, there are some formalities that need to be maintained. From the very first day of starting the service, one of our service representatives takes responsibility for the client. According to your requirements, Marriage Solution BD manages all activities, starting from exchanging biodata and continuing up to the marriage process.
If a marriage is not finalized through your services, is the service charge refundable?
Yes, the service charge is strictly non-refundable. Marriage is a sacred act that ultimately takes place by the will and blessings of the Almighty. We, at Marriage Solution BD, simply serve as a medium and make every possible effort to help individuals find their life partners and bring this noble purpose to fruition. Our primary objective is to facilitate the marriage process smoothly and responsibly, with the utmost sincerity and dedication.
Why is your service charge relatively high?
Our service charge is slightly higher because we provide quality service and work in a completely authentic manner. Everyone working in our organization is well educated. We maintain complete privacy throughout our services. Ensuring the highest level of service is our primary objective.
How long do you provide your service after registration?
Generally, our service period is one year. However, in special cases, we extend the service period for some additional time. Nevertheless, we always work with the objective of successfully completing the marriage arrangement.

Yes, there is. However, since we work while maintaining privacy, if you want to view biodata at the initial stage, you must visit our office.
