These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of Marriage Solution BD websites, offices, membership packages, biodata services, and matchmaking support (together, the “Services”). By creating a CV, registering, logging in, visiting our offices, or otherwise using our Services, you agree to these Terms.
1. About Marriage Solution BD
Marriage Solution BD is a Bangladeshi matchmaking and marriage-media organization helping individuals and families find compatible life partners with confidentiality and professional guidance. Our head office is in Lalmatia, Dhaka, with additional branch support across Bangladesh.
2. Eligibility
- You must be legally eligible for marriage under the applicable laws of Bangladesh (or your country of residence, where relevant).
- You must provide information that is true, accurate, and complete.
- If you register on behalf of a family member, you confirm that you have their consent to share their biodata with us for matchmaking purposes.
- We may refuse, suspend, or cancel registration if eligibility or authenticity cannot be verified.
3. Account registration & Create CV
- You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential.
- Profile information, photos, education, profession, and other biodata must not be misleading or fraudulent.
- Uploading a CV/biodata file is optional but recommended; files must be relevant and free of malware.
- We may review, verify, edit for clarity, or request additional documents before activating a profile.
4. Membership packages & payments
- Some features (such as contacting shortlisted profiles/guardians or premium guidance) require an active paid package.
- Package features, validity, and fees are explained at our offices and on the Membership Packages / Payment Method pages and may change from time to time.
- Payments should be made only through official channels listed by Marriage Solution BD. Keep your payment receipt/transaction reference.
- Fees already paid are generally non-refundable once service work has started, except where required by law or expressly agreed in writing by Marriage Solution BD.
5. Matchmaking process & no guarantee of marriage
- We provide introductions, shortlisting support, counseling guidance, and related matchmaking assistance based on available profiles and your preferences.
- Marriage Solution BD does not guarantee that a match will be found within a specific time, or that any introduction will result in engagement or marriage.
- Final decisions about communication, meetings, and marriage remain solely with the members and their families.
- Compatibility suggestions are informational and not a substitute for personal judgment, family due diligence, or legal advice.
6. Confidentiality & privacy
- We treat member biodata as confidential and use it for matchmaking, membership administration, and related customer support.
- You must not misuse, copy, publish, or share another member’s personal information obtained through our Services.
- We may contact you by phone, SMS, WhatsApp, email, or in person regarding your membership and potential matches.
- Please review any privacy notices published on our website; continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of those practices.
7. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Post false, offensive, discriminatory, or unlawful content.
- Harass, threaten, defraud, or spam other members or staff.
- Use the platform for commercial advertising unrelated to genuine matrimonial intent.
- Attempt unauthorized access to systems, profiles, or data.
- Impersonate another person or create duplicate/fake profiles.
Violation may result in immediate suspension or termination without refund.
8. Photos, content & intellectual property
- You confirm you own or have rights to any photo/document you upload.
- Website content, branding, and materials of Marriage Solution BD remain our intellectual property and may not be copied without permission.
- We may use anonymized success stories or testimonials only with appropriate consent.
9. Meetings, verification & personal safety
- Members and families should independently verify important information and arrange meetings in safe, appropriate settings.
- Marriage Solution BD staff may facilitate introductions but are not responsible for the conduct of members outside our offices or control.
- Report suspicious behavior to our support team promptly.
10. Limitation of liability
- To the fullest extent permitted by law, Marriage Solution BD is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from use of the Services.
- We are not responsible for disputes between families, failed relationships, or third-party actions.
- Our total liability related to a membership, if any, is limited to fees you paid to us for the specific package giving rise to the claim, except where liability cannot be limited by law.
11. Suspension & termination
We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms, fail verification, misuse member data, or engage in conduct harmful to other members or our reputation. You may request account closure by contacting our office; some records may be retained as required for legal, accounting, or dispute purposes.
12. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised date. Continued use of the Services after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
13. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh. Courts in Dhaka, Bangladesh shall have jurisdiction over disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms, subject to any mandatory legal rights you may have.
